Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before using Coloring Fun (“the app”). By using the app you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Coloring Fun for personal, non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
The app is free to download. Some features are part of an optional auto-renewable subscription called “Coloring Fun Pro”:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
All artwork, designs, and content in the app are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Drawings you create belong to you.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
